Small hairdresser between Flora and Jiřího z Poděbrad. Side street, ground floor of an apartment building from the beginning of the 20th century. The main line of the interior is deep turquoise. Turquoise accent on one wall in each room, visually lowering the overhanging ceiling. The second motif is a representation of the movement of the scissors – geometric tiling in the wash area, a scissor grid protecting the window. The light fixture above the bar as a tangle of open scissors, and in the next room the light as a sphere that casts “cuts”. The cutting area facing the street is visually enlarged by a large-format mirror. An open contact with the street is created. The washing room, on the other hand, is screened from the outside by the graphic covering of tree branches outside the window. The missing tree in front of the entrance was filled in by a new tree. And not just a place in the street tree line…
